At Ashyan Collective, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must
• Be unworn and unused
• Have all original tags attached
• Be in its original packaging

If your order arrives in multiple packages, the return period begins once the final package has been delivered.

Non Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned

• Jewelry
• Bodysuits
• Swimwear
• Face masks
• Intimates or lingerie
• Beauty products

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Shipping and handling fees are non refundable.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
